My method & technique for dealing with weight management is not based around any particular latest diet fad but in providing you with a simple set of rules for you to follow which are reinforced by hypnotherapy . This is structured over 4 sessions as follows:-
Session 1
Setting up very simple easy to apply eating habit dules which enables you to eat what you want. From childhood we are unconsciously programmed to eat in a particular way which can cause weight issues. By consciously following 4 simple rules we can re-programme our eating habits and begin the process of positive change.
Session2
Removal of cravings - Many people have a particular food that they have a weakness for whether it is cakes, biscuits or the most common of all chocolate which with using NLP and Hypnosis can be easily dealt with.
Session 3
Increasing your motivation to undertake movement and exercise. Many people with a weight issue will read this and automatically have a negative association with exercise which prevents them from improving their general fitness levels, health and prevents them from ultimately deal with their weight issues.
Session 4
A Final booster - This is used to reinforce all the postive work that you have put in so far to-date.
